Well, I can say for a fact, I’ve tried a lot of them, and none of them has ever worked for me! I have spent so much money on every popular diet pill out there, that I am too embarrassed to even try to count up my losses.
Don’t waste your money or time. You know the answer. Sorry and good luck!
, I recently tried a few different weight loss pills I found 1 that really worked well for me I think you can still get a free trail here
hope this helps,
I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good ******** exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

I’ve tried both Nuphedrine and Hoodia p57… Both did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me! I then realized that the most efficient way to lose weight was to exercise and consume less calories!
While there are a few supplements that seem to help with weight loss, there isn’t anything that will really cause you to lose as much weight as you want. About 5 or 6 pounds of additional weight loss is what you can expect with these.
The best weight loss pills are probably the prescription appetite suppressants.
But I have to say it is VITALLY important to eat properly (and this probably isn’t what you think…) and to exercise the right way. (This means doing interval training rather than engaging in moderate intensity exercise programs).
And, believe it or not, some of the best weight loss boosters are foods! High quality protein (lean meats and fish) not only increase satiety so you eat less but actually increases fat burning. Dairy products also facilitate weight loss.
I have a great deal of information on this – as well as on some weight loss supplements and prescription weight loss pills – on my website at if you are interested.
I also will have a complete weight loss program available from the site in the near future. If you think you might be interested in this, click on the “Updates” button on the left side of the homepage to send me your e-mail and I will notify you when everything is up and running.

The side effects of taking OTC drugs are contributed from the way that variety of chemical compounds are bind together to form the final products. Because dosage instructions are inadequate in most of the drugs, it makes these supplements even more dangerous to the public. Possible side effects include rapid heartbeat, elevated blood pressure, dizziness, nervousness, kidney damage and heart failure. Diet pills that work on the brain to suppress appetite have slightly different side effects which include hair loss, chest pain, fever, depression and heart damage.
It is most advisable to ask your doctor to guard safely our self against many of these risk factors while taking diet supplements. If you have been on a dieting program and doing a daily routine exercise but with no weight loss results, I suggest that you consult your physician to detect any health issue that could be causing your weight problems in the first place. Be sure to inform your doctor about any medical problems you currently have whiled performing the weight loss program and taking diet pills. Ask for a complete check-up including test to detect any sign of internal organ problems. Your physician may recommend alternatives to the weight loss program that suits you. If he suggests a diet pill, ask for any possible side effects.
For most people, the risks involved with taking diet supplements significantly outweigh the results any person would receive. Optimal health could only be achieved by eating nutritional foods, consistent exercise and avoiding diet pills. To achieve a long healthy life, be smart about what goes into your body, including supplements.
