How does this weight loss diet sound?

3 days of low calories, 900 or so. (only three so I don’t go into starvation mode.)

4 days of 1, 200 calories. THen repeat.

Combinde with exercise:) and how much will i lose?

    Well in my experience it’s not about the calories. I just changed the way I ate so instead of burgers and fries I had roast chicken and a baked potato. Instead of chips and a coke for snack I had milk and graham crackers. I also walked and jogged.

    it sounds kinds wierd to be eating different calorie ammounts on different days. you should be keeping a steady calorie intake everyday. A healthy ammount of calories if you want to lose weight is about 1,500 daily. 2,000 if you want to maintain your weight. answer mine?

    You go into starvation mode in less than a day. Less than 1,500 will likely put you into starvation mode.

    So, pretty terrible. Take in 1,800 per day, minimum. I don’t know your weight or height, but you probably need even more than that.
