You do not need to buy a single video, shake, diet bar, diet pill, etc. to lose weight.

This has been confirmed in my personal experience– as well as in the New York Times and recent scientific studies.

They tested which diet was the best: Atkins, Weight Watchers, Low-Carb, Hi-Carb, South Beach, etc. They made sure that every single person stuck to the diet without cheating. They tested all of them and you know which one worked? THEY ALL DID.

You know which diet lost the most weight? THEY ALL LOST ABOUT THE SAME.

The reason is, losing weight is just simple mathematics. 1 pound of fat = 3500 calories. So if you want to lose weight, you just have to reduce your caloric intake.

In fact, you don’t have to get off your couch you can sit on your **** 24/7 and just reduce your caloric intake and you will lose weight. Exercise will make you healthy, and it’s good for your heart and lungs and that’s why exercise is important– but in terms of weight loss– the single most important factor is how much you eat.

Reduce your calories– you will lose weight. You can eat meat, vegetables, chocolate, fruits, whale, shark, giraffe– IT DOESN’T MATTER. The only thing that matters is your caloric intake. A good rule of thumb is 8-10 x your current weight.

So if you weight is 190 pounds– you should eat between 1700-1900 calories per day to lose weight.

Keep walking and up the distance and pace gradually as you are able each week. You want to get a regular work out, not worn out.

It is important to know that you should not crash diet. The body will think it is starving and slow your metabolism down burning less calories.
You want to eat a well balanced diet in normal size portions. Choose foods that are high in nutrition (protein, vitamins, minerals and complex carbohydrates) and low in calorie, fat and sugar or refined carbohydrates.

Don’t eat late at night, you don’t burn that many calories sleeping and unused calories are stored as fat.
Don’t deny your self foods you really enjoy, but keep them in moderation and look for lower calorie versions of your favorites foods. A frozen fudge bar can satisfy the craving for chocolate with out all the fat and calories of a Hagen-daz death by chocolate ice cream. Protein and carbohydrate have 4 calories per gram, fat has 9. Something to keep in mind when looking for” nutritionally dense foods.” The food that have the most good stuff for your body at the least amount of calories.
Be patient with yourself and don’t use the scale to measure your success or failure. Muscle weighs more than fat making the scale an unreliable gage of your diet and exercise routine. When your clothes start fitting looser you’ll know your on the right track. Good luck

Try to make your metabolism go fast and that is the cheapest way I think for losing weight.

    Good Luck!

If you want to lose some weight, it is not necessary to take natural weight loss pills and supplements. The ugly side effect from taking weight loss pills may outweigh the benefit. The whole idea of a successful weight loss program is to approach it in a realistic manner without compromising your overall health. The followings are some of the criteria of a good weight loss program.

    • Without using any diet pills or supplements. Although a few types of diet pills have been approved by FDA but there were cases at some point in time, the FDA has approved a drug that is certified safe for the public but later recalls it back when there is a new finding that the drug is not safe in the long term.

    • The weight loss program is affordable by all and do not need to pay a monthly fees to use it. In contrast to diet pills regime where you need to buy it on a regular basis and the amount of lose weight will reversed back when you stop consuming it.

    • The weight loss program must prove to be effective in the short and long-term, without need to endure starvation and without any daily athletic workout. (But taking a light exercise every few days is highly recommended).

Since 2005 I have tried reducing my weight using most of the so-called popular weight loss program from the internet but with no avail until I meet the following weight loss program that is finally worked for me with all the above criteria. I am confident that it will work for you too.

Just do cardio exercises such as walking, jogging or swimming. They are good in loosing weight.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good ******** exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
