I have two four months old kittens, and also an ant infestation. Whenever I put the food up for my cats, the ants just invade the bowl and my kitties can’t eat. Is there a way I can rid the ants, or at least keep them away from the food without hurting my kittens? I’ve never had cats before and I don’t know what they can or cannot come in contact with.
Some people have suggested salt lines. Wouldn’t that hurt my kitties if they licked it?

If so.. How long does it take to come in effect?
Has anyone actually used it?.. Or something like it?.. Its in a tube, You put it on the cat/kittens neck and it goes into the blood streem killing the fleas.. I got it at PetsMart..
If it doesnt kill my cat?? LOL!! They wouldnt sell it if it was going to kill my cat.. DUH!!
my cat has had fleas for about 6 months now.i bought Advantage for kittens 9 lbs. and under,and my cat is 8-12 months old . it doesn’t kill the fleas it just weakens them.did i buy the wrong type ?i tried almost everything to get rid of the fleas but nothing seems to be working.is there anything i can feed my cat?
My animals have all had bad fleas for awhile now.
Once we noticed the fleas, mommy cat got pregnant, and kittens, and after those kittens got done nursing she got pregnant again. Now the flea problem is the worst I’ve ever seen it. Is there any way to get rid of the fleas in the less than one week old babies and their mom? Or do I have to wait until they are done nursing and hope mommy doesn’t get pregnant again?
I forgot to mention, I plan on getting her fixed when this litter is done nuring.

A stray cat used my garage to raise a litter of kittens, how do I get rid of the fleas. The cats left, but the fleas stayed.
