Question by Emily: Tiny pin-head-sized “pimples” all over sides of my face?

i have had these tiny pimple things on my arms and the sides of my face for a while. the ones on my face cleared up once but now they are back again. they are difficult to see but i can FEEL them. i wash my face every day properly and exfoliate, but they are just so insistant on staying. im not enitrely sure if they are pimples or not. maybe “milla”? i dont realy know. so if someone could tell me how to get rid of them or what exacly they are that would be nice.

go see a regular doctor and then ask if he can refer you to a dermatologist and ask him what they are and how you can get rid of them. I had something like that and i went to go see a dermatologist and they were gone really quickly. I hope i helped!

I have two on my cheek (face) and they are really deep under my skin. I try pooping it and only a little wil come out?! Its not red and it doesnt hurt but its really annoying. I had one last year and it was on my forehead for a couple months and one day during the Summer I wore a headband and it surfaced (after sweating all day) and i was able to pop it (it took two days because there was SOO much puss) but I dont want to wait a couple months to get rid of these! Im getting married soon!! So please, any advice to get rid of them faster. I have been trying to apply heat to them and it doesnt seem to help.

DO NOT SQUEEZE THEM.
get a spot-on-roll-thing and apply it whenever you have time. Use tea tree face washes. Wash a lot. Don’t coat your face in make up (if ur a girl,) cos tho it may make it look better for a day, it will be a *LOT* worse tomorrow.

The good news is I have solved my acne problem and am not getting any new acne, but I have red marks on my face from when I used to have it. This is extremely frustrating. I cover up blemishes with revlon age defying concealer with botafirm/SPF 20…if you use it for awhile it lightens the blemishes …I also use Cover girl clean makeup oil control better than face powder… this is how i wear my make up:

I put cover girl clean make up first on my whole face than i put the concealer on my blemishes than i blend it all together…than i use bronzers to lift my cheek bone so people will notice my cheeks rather my blemishes…heheh and i wear cool earings to divert their attention from my blemishes…heheh

don’t put too much gel or hairspray in your hair
wash your hair often
use proactiv
use noxema day and night and EVERYTIME after you sweat
don’t touch your face with your hands
don’t pop your pimples..it spreads germs and leads to more break outs
