3 days of low calories, 900 or so. (only three so I don’t go into starvation mode.)
4 days of 1, 200 calories. THen repeat.

I exercise everyday and eat right. I like my body, but I just want to loose that five pounds. I also want to get rid of my cellulite. Please help!

Over the past few weeks I have been eating a lot of junk food and have developed a little bit of cellulite on my arms. Since then I have removed all fatty foods from my diet and have been doing arm squats and running (and more exercise in general). Is there anything else I should do to speed up the process of getting rid of the cellulite? (I have a party coming up at the end of june). Thanks.
I am kind of restricted from exercise due to my job. I am a truck driver so i cannot make it to a gym. So what I am asking if anyone has found a diet that works and that is not a “Fad” diet. I would like to lose about fifty pounds. My diet now consists of mainly salads, water, and diet soda. But the problem as stated as before is lack of time to exercise. The diet that i am looking for would be something that would boost my matabolism that way in tuen i would lose wieght. Thanks for any suggestions
