We just purchased our first home and have a mature peach tree with a well established ant colony in the branches. The ants are eating the peaches, and we can’t figure out how to get rid of them. We tried a few different baits, but they didn’t take. I’m not sure what kind of ants they are. I’m assuming ant bait would be best but I’m not sure which kind or how to place it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
We have little “piss” ants (thats what I was told they were) in our kitchen. They look like they are coming out through the creases in out cabinets and countertop. Ive sprayed ant killer and have ant bait out, but it just seems to be getting worse! How to I get rid of them?

The smallest amount of sweets left behind in my kitchen attracts hundreds of ants. I live in a very old house and i don’t know where their nest is. I put ant bait out what the ants are supposed to take with them to their queen. But now after a couple of weeks, they refuse to touch it.
