Creams dont work for cellulite. It compacts the fat cells, and reduces them for as long as you use the cream. Its basically “rolling up” the fat. Not getting rid of it. You have to tone your legs up. I suggest taking long walks, jogging, watch what you eat, drink lots of water, and strech a lot.

Cellulite won’t go away no matter how much you work out. Cut down on salt in your diet and drink a lot of water because dehydration makes cellulite more noticeable. You could try a lotion or cream, I’m not sure how well they work…maybe they would hydrate the skin which would make the dimples less noticeable? Deep tissue massage may help break up the fat cells that cause the dimpling.

A good and cheap exfoliating scrub is sugar. Getting rid of cellulite is hard you must stretch a lot and it wouldn’t hurt to exfoliate in that area also.

st.ves exfoliating scrub IS WONDERFUL AND CHEAP

nivea good bye cellulite is amazing , many people try it and find effective

here is a good remedy to get rid of cellulite

Take caffeinated coffee and grind it into dust. Rub the coffee dust into the cellulite-affected area for 60 seconds per day, then shower afterward. Doing this will smooth out your skin, and the cellulite will be gone in no time.

I use Nivea and I think it works some what but, I dont have much cellulite so it really depends. Massaging the area works to smooth it out for a little while but does not last long. Use a loofa in the shower daily and you might see some improvement. By the way exercise does not work. Eating less fatty foods might help too and drinking lots of water.
