How do I get rid of cellulite on my inner thighs?

get rid cellulite
catnratgurl423 asked:

So basically I’m a 16 year girl, 5’7” and 135 lbs. I work out almost everyday, usually running on the treadmill/elliptical and biking, then doing ab work and lifting weights. I usually burn 300 kcals per workout. I eat 1500 calories a day, all of which is usually healthy food. My problem is this– I have cellulite on my inner thighs that I can’t seem to get rid of no matter what I do. My stomach is flat and I’m not overweight, I just can’t get seem to fix my legs. This really decreases my quality of life– I can’t stand to look down at my legs it bothers me so much. Help! I have no idea what else I can do. Thanks

I really don’t know. But I have the same problem. You’re not alone. I weigh 125 pounds and still have it.

I’m not so sure if you can get rid of cellulite, but you can reduce their appearance. Cocoa butter or this skin care product called Mederma could work.

weights with focus on your thighs, such as leg curls, presses, etc. It usually requires machines at a gym.
If you have rock hard muscles, the cellulite burns away.
The muscles don’t have to be big, just well toned and hard.
Biking and stairclimbers in addition to the weightlifting keeps them limber and burns calories, because focused weightlifting doesn’t really burn that many calories.

It’s a lot of work, but no one will be able to keep their eyes off those limbs…
