what is that stuff called thats like a plastic wireing but it isnt made out of wire and it’s for crafts;stuff.

   I believe what you are talking about it lanyard material, though I cannot figure out what its exact name is.

   Things found on the web:

   “In learning how to make lanyards it is important to choose the right material. A popular lanyard making material is a thin, elastic, and flexible plastic lace. It is readily available at most craft stores and referred to as craftlace, lanyard, gimp, or boondoggle.”

   Rexlace is (or was, perhaps) one of the brand names for this craft lacing material. Try hunting under that. Or, just try “plastic craft lace.”

   Rexlace is the flat stuff and then there is Scubeedoo (sp) which is the round stuff. Both are sold at arts and craft stores such as Michaels and AC Moore.
