What do I write while handing in my two weeks notice?

I will be moving soon to go live with my aunt. I’m going to apply for work this weekend.

I was wondering what my letter should include while giving my two weeks notice.

    Just say you’re resigning from your job. No details need to be given. It’s not required for the employer to know.

    If you want to retain a reccomendation ask for it. Also thank the company. Offer suggestions that would have been helpful.
