Program to name.mp3′s all at the same time from a list?

I have like 300 mp3′s, they all have the title of “mp3″ on them. I have a list of songs I want to name them. It doesnt matter which song gets assigned to which mp3, but I want 1 mp3, for each song title on this list. How can I rename them all quickly like this?

    batch file (run from command prompt) ..

    File Renamer to rename files, it’s great for batch jobs and it is a Freeware.
