Getting a signal from the modem to the router is not the problem. It’s from the router to your PCs. I believe it’s your router. Does it have a reset button? If you can’t find it, hopefully you still have the manual which should help you locate it. This should send it back to its default setting. Then you have to start all over and set it up again. This happened once before with my router.
