ok… here is wat u do…..
thatz wat i did wen i was little and afraid of monsters axept i sed “monsters arent real”
first you have to repeat in your hed ” mice are afraid of me. They will not hurt me.’ do that everytime you feel scared
Try not to leave food around because they are very drawn to that. Also if you can see where the mouse is coming from, cover up the hole with something. Well it has happened to me twice when I was sleeping, the rat decided to sleep on my head for some reason. But there was really no major damage, it just ran away after I threw it on the floor.
Yes, this happened to me. I was at camp when I was in 5th grade, minding my own business, when I heard a squeak inside my sleeping bag. Well, the story continues on, (in fact there were 2 mice!) but I would just sleep at the couch, another person’s house, or just have someone check the house for mice and if there are, just ask the person to kill it or release it outside. Then you’ll have a mouse-free house!
Why not put down a small amount of food, well away from your bed, for the mouse- a biscuit or peanut butter, or chocolate will do. The mouse will be attracted away from the bed, after all it will only be looking for food and wont bother climbing on the bed if there is some tasty food close by. Maybe get a humane trap in the morning, Good Luck- Dont have nightmares!

well, as for fear of mice, I don’t blame you for freaking out. But, as for bed, make sure no covers or sheets or anything like that is dragging on the floor. That’s probably the only way they can get onto your bed. Like the person before me said, look for the hole and cover it up, and if it’s not in your room, take a bunch of clothes or pillow cases or something and put under the door opening. I had a hamster once the size of a mouse, and she could fit under doors with no problem. Also, sweep up your floors from crumbs before you go to bed. That’ll also help. I hope this helps!
I like all animals, but if I see one on my bed, I freak just because it’s unusual and startling.
If it’s a wild mouse, it’s not gonna hurt you unless you corner it or grab at it and it would then (most likely) bite in defense. It could be carrying ticks, fleas, mites or whatever else if it’s been living outdoors. So I wouldn’t go licking my bed any time soon.
We had mice in our last house and I refuse to let them be killed by traps, so we got the humane box things where the mouse can’t get out and you take it far from your house and let it go. People say they’ll chew your wiring and books and everything, but we never saw any sign of that. If they’re trying to get through a tight spot and something is in their way, they’ll probably chew then, but not just in general. They poop a lot, though, so you might wanna look around and make sure you don’t have any poop laying somewhere.
They like to come out at night and will usually stay along the walls (they feel safer). If you put traps (use the humane ones!), put them along the wall. Mice are very smart so if they see a trap in their path, they’ll notice it as something new so it might take some time.
You could try sleeping in another room if you see it again. Or leave the light on. Put on some music or something that might chase it away.
I used to have one that would come in from outside at night and I could always hear it come up through the wall and in the ceiling. We used to leave dog food out all night and one would grab a piece and run under the sofa. I looked under there and saw this adorable mouse holding the food and eating it and my mom came into the room so I told it to hide and it ran. Cute little thing.
