    u need to work on the middle split but everything else perfect just try to push urself up more and then go down during ur middle splits

    It’s considered a VERY bad idea to have someone else push you down. At maximum the stretched muscles will tense strongly and more than likely damage will be caused. You can still work it following injury, just a lot more carefully. DC

    i can do this splits and u have to stretch every single day, when u can do the splits, u can get the hang of it and go down fast :]
