    You mentioned that waterproof eyeliner usually doesn’t apply well. I had the same problem, but I’ve finally found one that works for me. It’s Sephora brand Keep Kohl! Waterproof Eyeliner. It applies well and works great on your water line. I swear by this stuff. On another note, I love this look. It works wonders for girls like me: girls with dark features.
