Losing weight can help make it look better, but there is no way to get rid of it completely. Not even liposuction can totally remove cellulite.

Exercise will definitely help, but I also have a friend that has used a cellulite massager from the Body Shop. It smoothes out your skin!

Exercising will get rid of some but not all the best way is too perform cellulite massages once or twice a day depending on how much you have

Getting rid of cellulite is simple, but not necessarily easy. The only way cellulite can be reduced is to reduce overall body fat. You cannot spot reduce or rub a cream on it. You cannot starve yourself either. The only way to rid yourself of cellulite is to follow these 5 highly effective, simple, and to-the-point tips.

    1) Eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day. Each meal should be 2-3 hours apart. Each meal should contain one protein and one carb. The first meal should be eaten within an hour after waking.

    2) Drink a cup of water at each meal.

    3) Rest properly. This means taking at least 48 hours between strength training the same muscles, and it also means getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Lastly, it means taking 1-2 days off from exercising per week.

    4) Cardio should be done at different intensity levels and different session lengths. Consider doing a low intensity/long session, a high intensity/short session and a few medium intensity/medium length sessions per week.

    5) Strength train each muscle 1-3 times per week. You should lift a proper weight and perform the proper amount of sets/reps for your strength training method. If you need more guidance or exercise ideas you can head over

All of the above things combined will result in cellulite reduction. There are no miracle creams or secrets. It’s all about good old fashioned working out. Having said that, workout smarter and not harder! Get on a great program that is tailored to your body and your goals. Everyone is different, but following these 5 tips practically guarantees your cellulite will vanish.

    hope i helped youu (:

There are several great cellulite removal treatment therapies on the market today. The most common is mesotherapy. Mesotherapy involves injections of vitamins into the target area that helps break down the fat. Does it hurt? Everyone’s pain tolerance is different so it is difficult to say. Mesotherapy costs $250 – $600 per treatment and only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.

Lippodissolve is very similar to Mesotherapy but it uses a more concentrated solution of vitamins. It generally costs between $400-$1000, and only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.

Endermologie is a technique where rollers are applied to the target area to help smooth out the cellulite. Generally, endermologie is needed to be done twice a week to be affective. It generally costs between $50 – $70, and only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.

Velasmooth is a technique that combines Endermologie with radio frequency designed help speed up your metabolism to burn up the fat causing cellulite. Treatments generally costs between $250 – $400, and like the other treatments only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.

    I hop this helps you!

Run the tub fill it with very warm water make it comfortable to you but try to get as warm as possible. Pour epsom salt into the water. It is good to do a detox first by pouring the epsom salt in the water it will pull all of the impurities out of your body. Do not do this the same day as the cellulite treatment. This is a two day process.

The next day run your tub fill it with very warm water. Do the same in the sink put about two cups of warm water in the sink then pour the coffee grinds in the sink making it pasty rub the coffee grinds on the affected area.

Get the saran wrap and wrap it around the area where you put the coffee grinds. Sit in the tub of water for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then rinse off. Do this twice a week and you are sure to see results.
