what can you do to get rid of a keloid?

I’ve had it for awhile but it came and gone. I’ve had my nose pierced for almost a year. I got it caught on a towel and couldn’t get it back in so i just said forget it. But I don’t know what to do with the bump that is still there. All it is is a red bump. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

   The keloids come out because there is a condition on the skin, and permit the skin to create more tisue then the necesary, when there is a cut or some damage to the skin.
   And what I learn there is no cure for that,so you go to live with that condition and no try to remove because cold be worse.
