    White pepper or ant powder.

I’d say Vitax Ant Killer Liquid. With, this they usually die out to 3-4 minutes.

    £1.29 at Amazon :)

nippon is pretty good, you get it in wilko’s i think – either that or a few kettles of boiling water usually upset them a bit!

Cheapest way is boiling water, though not if the nests are in your lawn, it’ll kill the grass too. Nippon works very well, it’s a sort of paste they find attractive and take back to the nest, where it kills them all.

Boiling water will do the trick.

A product called NIPPON. Or an ant powder. If they are not causing you a daily nuisance suggest you leave them alone. When they fly they are gone within hours and no further trouble. They are also a good food for the birds.

    ANT TREATMENT FOR LAWNS
The ants do not appear to die, unlike other nematode treatments against pests, but the nematodes do act as an irritant to ants. The ant colonies disappear after treatment with them.

Boric acid. It comes in a powder form and can be put on their trails and/or holes. It is harmless to animals, plants, humans, your garden and use to be used in a liquid form to clean infected eyes in animals. It works when they take it back to their nests attached to their legs/body hairs and they and others start to clean it from their bodies. It fouls up their digestive systems and they die. If you want to attract them to an area baited with it under a can or something use jelly or jam…they love sweet things.
