Is there anything out there that gets rid of cellulite, and stretch marks?

I have been having a problem with both cellulite and stretch marks. I want to know if there is anything out there that gets rid of or even minimizes. I would even consider having surgery. Is there anyone reading that has had surgery or brought something that truly works to keep this problem at bay. All answers will be greatly appreciated.

    look for placental cream-in rite aid or duane read-supposedly it works

    It cost alot of money to minimize stretch marks but retin a is suppose to help along with coco butter.
