how do you get rid of bags under your eyes?

im 14 right now and ive had them as a little kid.. oh, and the skin under my eyes is kinda sunk in.. what are some tips to help me get rid of them? and what are some really good makeups er concealers er something THAT WORK. because sheer cover DOES NOT work.. so help meee?

    i used to always have bags too. first of all, make sure you dont rub, or touch the area around your eyes. and i think maybelline matte mouse foundation really works for me any way.

    well, instead on putting a concealer on every morning you can use loreal paris revitalift eye cream. im 15 & i have the same problem; it worked wonders. plus, its only about $10 at your local walmart.
