Use grapefruit essential oil (mixed 20 drops with small amount of regular body oil) to massage(legs drainage is very effectiv but also very paintful).
Change your regular white bread to rice wafels or &#039;Wasa&#039; bread (I lost 2 kg).
I wish you succes and a lot of patient...it take some time before you will see results.</description>

		<description>Add a few 100 yard sprints to your exercises and stretch that part of your legs for about 20 minutes by doing butterflys and common stretches. To lose the weight, don&#039;t eat after 6:00pm, at latest 7:00. Instead drink water and go to bed early so you aren&#039;t bothered by hunger. This isn&#039;t being aneorexic, it gives your body enough time to digest your food and burn extra calories. Good Luck. Hope I kind of helped.</description>
