I have cellulite on my thighs and was wondering how I can get rid of it. I am walking everyday and losing weight (slowly) but it seems the cellutlite just stays. Does anyone know anything I can do?

    buy the stuff from avon-it does work!!! anything that says tighten(lotions) works a little if u use them everyday but avons stuff is dramatic!

    i want to know this too :P

    i was told ski jumps are good, but i did them yesterday and i can already feel the front of my legs tightening (they feel stiff too)

    you just push your back onto a stable wall, and bend as iff you are about to sit down on something and go further and further down and do it for as long as you can. its quite hard!!

    EDIT: running is good too, why dont you walk to a field or park and run for 10 minutes then walk back home? that would do the world of good. xx

    Getting Rid of cellulite is supposed to be really difficult. Squats and leg lifts should help, as should drinking lots of water and also walking and eating lots of fruit and veggies.
    Here also are some programs that are supposed to help with cellulite. I don’t have personal experience with them.
