Can weight training get rid of cellulite?

I excercise 3 – 4 times a week but still have some cellulite on my thighs and ****. Is cardio the only way to get rid of it or will heavy weight training, such as lunges and leg presses, also help minimize the appearance? I do both but I still don’t see much of a difference!

    Unfortunetly, neither weights or cardio will get rid of it completely. Although it should help you not to get more. Don’t give up!
