Hello Dr.M, I have a severe case or acne on my back, chest, and face which has caused a lot of scarring . I just wanted to know, what your views of vitamin b5? I am trying it right now and it doesn’t seem to help. If you don’t mind. Maybe you could give me a list of foods for a daily diet which may help detoxify myself.

anyone heard of or used hippocrates acne treatment?

  13. DrJamesMartin - June 13th, 2010 at 8:21 pm

is the acne just where your hair touches your face? I believe it can be true due to irritation from some hair products causing inflammation of the pores. If not in the area your hair touches, i probably would not agree either.

that was the same answer medical doctors gave me…changing my diet and using a few natural supplements to return my internal biochemistry back to a more normal state was the answer.

isnt it? your liver can get more overloaded with time…fungal overgrowth more advanced with all the antibiotics fed to our food supply…inflammatory factors getting more advanced due to improper dietary issues, etc.

inflammation can be improved by avoiding caffeines and starches and sugars. also taking omega 3 oils are anti inflammatory usually lacking in most of our diets.

Dr . James I usually only breakout around the area around my mouth, and between my eyebrows, and usually no where else. What causes this?

Do you have any tips to reduce the swelling of Zits?
Specifically those really painful, red bumps.
I’d wake up with one of those every week, and I try to swell it down with ice.
I even apply10% benzoyl peroxide, sometimes 2% Erythromycin..
    But they’re still there -_-…
    Thank you for the tips!
