I have been exercising 4 times a week at a place that is similar to curves called Butterfly Life. I feel great from exercising, but I am not losing any weight. I know muscle weighs more than fat, but I really need to start eating healthier. There are some Quick Weight Loss places around here, but I really don’t have the extra money get into it. I had a baby June 1st, am 5′9″ and weigh 240. I’m trying to lose about 60 pounds. Does anyone have any good diet plans or helpful hints?
I have been working out hard this past month I really want to be in shape for the summer this year.I dont know how to or what to do to get rid of that cellulite on my legs and this little suddle bag under my ****.I’ve tryed Nivea Good bye cellulite cream and even the patches for like three months now.There not working!.Is there anybody who might know a secret to ge rid of cellulite and that little suddle bag?

I have a mini stepper that I use twice a week for half an hour, and I was wondering if it would make my **** firmer, bigger, more shapely and get rid of cellulite…help?

SO i weigh about 180 last time i checked. My bf wighs about 149 or so he says. DO the math and i wiegh 49 lbs more than him. I’m young, so my skin is good and I’m hoping that will help. I don’t have that much of either one. The cellulite is mostly on the backs of my legs, and the stretch marks are from when I was younger and they are on the insides of my thighs and a little bit on the sides of my stomach. Will losing weight help both of these to disappear?
