How do proactiv and other acne treatments bleach your hair and skin?

Will my face acne stop when I start growing ****** hair?

How should I get rid of upper lip hair?

Yep, you read right, I need a way to get rid of upper lip hair.
My mum won’t let me use waxing strips, shave it or use any creams.
I’ve tried using tweezers to pluck, but it takes ages so I gave up.
Any other ideas? Or should I continue using tweezers?
