now that winter is gone I have ants everywhere in my bathroom and laundry room. I dont know why, its not like theres food in either of those places. I am constantly cleaning both rooms and they still come back. I have the ant traps that has the poisonous food that they supposedly take back to their colony and die off but they end up dieing right there in both rooms. Its like they find my house and they dont want to leave. What could be the cause of them and what can I use to get rid of them?

I really need solutions here. I’m willing to try to make them go away peacefully but honestly I wouldn’t mind “eliminating” the population as well. Snakes are truly my worst nightmare and seeing one in the house scared the bejeezes out of me!! HELP!
PS: I know how beneficial they can be and la-de-da but honestly I don’t care. My fear of snakes it totally petrifying and I want them gone!
